1. Misleading advertising: Batteries are 18 V. Contents of package do not add up to 8 in 1 no matter how they are counted.
2. Trigger switch lock: Dysfunctional.
3. Trigger switch: Faulty.
4. Operational Time: less than 1 hour depending on load. Satisfactory for cutting green branches of less than 50mm diameter.
5. Product not up to claims made in the Operation Instructions.

All parts included, extremely simple to assemble, looks good and about to give it its first trial "run" Excellent seller, excellent communicator, great price and as a former Logisitics Manager, about all I can suggest is the seller has a quiet word with their courier about both timeliness and progress updates on the disposition of the parcel once in their hands and in transit. (Order packed & posted most promptly, but from that point on, not all that "hot", I'm sorry to say.)
