I received a similar item in a different color than the one I ordered. It was an honest mistake as the item was in an unmarked box so the color couldn't be seen. I contacted the seller and they responded quickly and put in the effort to figure out how to return and send the correct item even though there were bugs with the eBay listing. They even sent 2 extra items as an apology and covered shipping costs.
