It is as the seller advertised in new condition and good quality, the appearance and weight are great, comes with a steel cable to secure the box in the boot at the back of the passenger seat by way of a steel bar. Once you have read the instructions it is easy and secure to operate. Well worth the dollars l paid for it. l purchased the unit to insure my items are secure in trans
