    I apologize for the delay. We did have our "Time Away" settings on that week (5/2 - 5/12) letting buyers know that there would be a delay in shipping as we where closed for the week (banners on the top of our pages, warnings letting buyers know that we where away and that there would be a shipping delay, automated out of the office messages stating we where closed for the week, & eBay's shipping estimates calculating for items not being shipped out until the 12th). All items shipped on the 12th.
