The product arrived, well packaged, in a "white box". The condition is used, but only slightly and is very good. Some signs of use on the Alcantara keyboard, but the tablet and pen look almost brand new. Everything works perfectly. The price was very reasonable for an i5 Surface Pro (which has one standard USB port - which feeds my DAC - I use the Surface as a music server). Highly recommended, speedy tracked delivery, well packaged, item as described. Would certainly buy again from this seller.
