    The order was sent quickly and packed well. Probably a truck would have to run over it to damage it, it was that well-packed. The hard drive is as advertised and was placed in a non-static bag, as were the brackets. A nice touch was a printout of the wiping process, e.g., what program & protocol was used to securely wipe the disk. All-around a great purchase experience!
