The watch was in a presentation box with an appraisal and packaged very securely . So far, the watch is keeping time. I appreciate the 14 day return period. THIS NEVER HAPPENED FOR ME. My watch was visibly dirty and had a black hair sticking out of the back screw off case. Once I started asking questions and they could sense I wasn’t completely happy, they stopped replying promptly to me. Description: "PROFESSIONALLY SERVICED AND TESTED BEFORE SALE". Nope. No, it wasn't. I wanted to swap it for the same watch that did work but I kept getting put off and left in limbo for it to be made right. On day 5, I just returned it. Seller lost the sale. I'm very disappointed. I wanted that watch for 40+ years, but they did not live up to their company credo. KCB~
