However would be better if the roof windows had cut outs in the roof tiles for the windows, and a redesign of the portico roof with pegs to go into the wall with anchors. Opening doors would be nice as well.

I would recommend it if you're into 1/16 scale dioramas 👍

I've started assembling it and it's more solid than I expected, everything fits together easily and neatly. Australia Post was really slow, but the seller had despatched it quickly so it wasn't his fault it was delayed. I'm a happy customer and will not hesitate to buy from Joe again.

Maybe some plastic or brown paper to cover what you purchased in case it was a surprise gift for someone else? The seller was lovely, nothing was too much trouble, very helpful. I haven’t put the item together yet, so I can only presume that all the bits are there but the seller provided their mobile number in the event of an issue which was great.
