Very bad experience. Seller sent me products with wrong brand & wrong amount.I purchased 8 boxes but justreceived 6.After 2 weeks slow emails Seller sent me a return sticker called free service as a return sticker,having many details are wrong,including description & weight.She asked me mailit from post office in Australia, but when I arrived they said to pay AU$68 for declaration, and looks likes ticker was wrong. It should be for other companyUSPS, USA. It took me too much time.

The tea is listed as top grade and i received a very low grade instead. Pictures are generic and idealized whilst the leaves i received are very old and zero fragrance and taste. The return label i received from seller is useless as it cannot be used with any north american postal services or courriers. I required a full refund immediately but paying the return shippung fees to China is not economical. The description of the item is misleading in purpose. Very unhappy buyer. Avoid!
