We're sorry to hear that there's an issue with your patio pet door insert.To resolve that, please remove the top adjustable piece and gently hammer the sides down using a soft mallet or a hammer but please make sure to put some cloth on the pet door to avoid damage.Please try this and let us know it went.Thank you.
