Asked seller for refund or replacement. Here's their reply..I did as they advised but it did not resolve the issue and now they ignore me!! Not acceptable!!Thank you for your email. We're sorry to hear that there's an issue with your patio pet door insert.To resolve that, please remove the top adjustable piece and gently hammer the sides down using a soft mallet or a hammer but please make sure to put some cloth on the pet door to avoid damage.Please try this and let us know it went.Thank you.

It is apparent the seller has no interest in customer service? To say that Aus post could not deliver is nothing short of ridiculous, I have mail delivered from them almost every day AND there are two delivery collection centres no more that 2km from where I live?
Then there is the refund? They keep saying they will refund but as of yet I have received nothing? Not one cent!
Totally unacceptable service and certainly a company I will avoid in tge future.
