    I’ve ordered hundreds of items from Waly over the past several months. The actual items are impressive WHEN they come undamaged and finished properly. Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired. Despite high shipping fees, packaging, even for 30+ items in 1 order, has been sloppy/unsecured, leading to receipt of open USPS boxes and broken or damaged items. Some returns have never even been refunded. One-sided communication. 0 response if you e-mail, even regarding issues. Buyer Beware!
