Listed the item as a brand new open box Macbook Pro M3 Max, but when it arrived it was clearly not brand new and even had an MDM (Mobile Device Management) lock from the previous company that owned it. This seller is either dishonest, having known about these issues, or incompetent (had they tried to use the machine to ensure it is in working condition the MDM lock would have been evident). Beware when it comes to expensive electronics. The return process was smooth though.
