I pulled it back out and found that the ribbon cable connecting the slide plate came loose. Once I got that reconnected, the system started to sing! I can even make calls now and those on the other end aren't having to deal with digital distortion bc of the firmware. I am one happy customer! You saved me tons of money and I am grateful! A++++++++++++++

Installed the new card to today, and unit now works fine. Also, seller's photographs of how to install card are quite useful - be sure to check them out.

After speaking to the technician or customer support (who has reached out to me first) and explained my situation and not working. He got things sorted and work accordingly.
