I rec'd the first card for my Pioneer AVH-4500 unit and, for whatever reason, it did work (did not boot up). Contacted the seller, who quickly provided some suggestions, which did not correct the problem. Seller then volunteered to send - and promptly sent - a second card. Installed the new card to today, and unit now works fine. Also, seller's photographs of how to install card are quite useful - be sure to check them out.

I pulled it back out and found that the ribbon cable connecting the slide plate came loose. Once I got that reconnected, the system started to sing! I can even make calls now and those on the other end aren't having to deal with digital distortion bc of the firmware. I am one happy customer! You saved me tons of money and I am grateful! A++++++++++++++
