    A Great Director Delivers Pablum

    There must have been more to his life than this. Although everyone would have complained, I wish he would have written the most honest book in history, a no-holds-barred account of a life well lived. This book is just too timid. He had four or five wives and hundreds of girlfriends and one night stands. Where's the drama, where's the lust?
