Advertised as a sublimation package and clearly wasn’t. They offered to refund but wasn’t worth the hassle of waiting another length of time for. They passed the buck saying it wasn’t their fault the supplier sent the wrong one but they were taking it down from their site, I see it’s still there so be aware. Was told return label was being sent ?? I ordered the sublimation ink from another site and will set up myself. Another $50 for ink id already paid for. Disappointing really
