the Phonak came from an unknown supplier and returned to the same source. no indication the Phonak was programmed to the provided audiogram (email 2). on return was offered alternative device and informed that programming was available in my area. final note: had the content of the final supplier's email been available at the point of sale the Phonak would never have been returned email hp2016 19/01/24 refers. the return of my payment was satisfactory. I find this feedback a little puzzling. The hearing aids were pre-programmed to your audiogram and a print out of the settings were included with the hearing aids. The listing states "price is for online sales only, face-to-face in-clinic support is not provided with purchase." So normally we do not provide face-to-face clinical support (hence why the prices are much cheaper than the clinic). However as a kind gesture when you indicated some fit issues we offered support which you rejected.
