I highly doubt that Giorgio Armani would put his name on a cheap piece of plastic. The makeup is detached and there is no mirror in the compact. Moreover, there are smudge marks all over it and the box was not sealed. This is unbelievable. I can tell that it is a knockoff and has been used. There is nothing authentic about this product.

I am sorry you are not satisfied with the item, as shown, explained on my listing, and previously explained in my email, this is a refill powder, this is meant to be plastic, to be able to take the powder out and place it in the permanent container.
