    Swedish Cakes and Cookies

    I love love love this book. I am an experienced baker that has been baking for over 50 years When I lived in Ct.. I use to make 100 different types of cookies for Christmas. Now its my husband and I retired in Florida so its less cookie making. Last year I made 40 different types. I make them, freeze them, take them out at Christmas, give some away to friends, then freeze them again so we can have home baked cookies for the new year. Why buy cookies when they are so easy to make and this book is perfect. The cookie recipes are sooooo good. If you can find this book, buy it. You won't be disappointed.

    Beautiful cookbook, easy to follow US measurements!

    The photos in this cookbook will make your mouth water! Great tip sections for first time and experienced bakers. This is a wonderful hardcover cookbook that will become used very quickly in my kitchen. I wish it was a spiral bound so it would last longer.

    Great Swedish desserts for the Family.!!!!

    I'm so sorry I didn't get to read the book.!!!! I bought it for my daughter for a Christmas present, but I'm sure she'll love. I am half Swedish and my Mom used to cook all kinds of wonderful Swedish meals for us. !! Thank you so much for the book. Georgette
