It appeared that it mostly likely fell out of the box as the box end was slightly agap due to the tape not holding at one corner of the box it was shipped in. The pump was inexpensive and I’m okay with doing without because these things just happen at times.

Only thing to take note, this listing did not include pump tops which the seller made clear. I had pumps from a previous purchase so I wasn’t turned off by. that. I would recommend pump tops for ease of expelling product. Overall, great price, excellent packaging and quick delivery. Cudos to the seller.
