It didn’t work though, so I had to pull the 2 pins out from the new connector plug and move them into different holes in the car harness plug connector till brakes lit up. I marked with a texta where they fit on the plug and pushed the 2wires back into the new plug connector and joined both connectors together and now the jobs complete. Wish I’d taken a photo of the pins where they were situated and why it wasn’t plug and play
