The seller packaged it with great care, even wrapping the box in plastic shipping envelope material to keep the box dry and the lamp shade inside dry. I had a burlap lamp shade on my lamp base before but lost it to water damage after Hurricane Helene. It was difficult to find the right size. And, it arrive a few days earlier than expected! I would buy from this seller again .
