To anyone who ever complained about this device, you missed the pure genius within this product. Its by far the best phone I have ever owned for writing texts, and especially company emails on board airplanes. Seller is legitimate and an honest seller. This only belongs in the hands of industry professionals, not a phone for 'average "Scrolling" consumers'.
