I’m disappointed to hear that the packaging was damaged but please to hear the book survived the poor handling and arrived in good condition, packaging was clearly (just) sufficient. Many many feedbacks on the quality of packaging, unfortunate that yours was a clear exception. Worth noting, post and packaging charged is generally below cost price even before ebay take their cut from it.
