    The item was sent a dampener with the wrong mounting hardware. Understanding that we are all human and mistakes do happen on used merchandise. I reached out to the seller to resolve the issue. They just wanted to argue an invalid point. I with in days I went to another seller order the correct mounting hardware and fixed my issue. $70 bucks later but at least I got the correct parts and don’t have to deal with that type of service.

    this crook attempted to force us to get a discounted bc part did not fit since he had 2003 yzf-re6 and not 99-02. we offer to return and he refused to return it and demanded reimbursement for 2003 bracket.
