This is such a great example as to why you should use eBay..
Seller has been superb in helping to sort out shipping/delivery issues (problems caused by the UK end of this international deal).

The power back arrived with a something large loose inside. Small pieces of plastic fell out of air vents. The cardboard box had no structure to it (soft). It seemed damaged in shipping. Had to send it to a repair shop immediately. Repair shop said it was missing some structural pieces inside.
