Bad points:- More scratches than shown on the lid and dented, does not affect performance. Ordered on 7th March arrived 18th, 1-2 day delivery stated in ad. However, overall, I am pleased with the product.

However, after turning it on, I found that the laptop had been used for 2 months. When turning it on, I found that the sound did not work. The seller did not check it before sending it. I had to call a repairman to fix the problem. I still offered a £20 partial refund as a goodwill gesture. After not receiving the full £50, he left an unfair and misleading review. I hope eBay will review our conversation messages and investigate the matter accordingly.
