The Good Guys FAQ at the time (I can't find it now) stated they send items within 3 days of purchase, but after 4 days my order status hadn't changed. I contacted them, asking if it was too late to cancel the order (as I'd seen it advertised cheaper elsewhere) -- and as it hadn't been sent yet, they were happy to. Not sure why the delay in sending it, but no hassle to either party. Thanks.

Slight damage to the box during transit (possible drop damage as it landed on a corner but was in in a padded courier bag. As item in not a present it’s not a big issue.
