This is an overall bad buying experience. I really appreciate the initial communication with the seller's team, but things went south as soon as I received the product. I contacted the seller letting them know I needed either a refund or a replacement as it wasn't working as expected but I didn't hear back. The claimed lifetime warranty apparently is not respected. Over priced and defective product that make my 400 usd headset perform like a cheap 15 usd one.
