Item received was not what was pictured. When I asked for refund I was initially denied. Shortly after being denied (while waiting to post a negative review) I was offered the actual item I was looking to buy and it was offered it at a very reasonable price. Although it's frustrating that a picture was posted that was not the described item, Bikes Trikes and Quads made an honest effort to make things right. They are an honest broker and I'd feel comfortable purchasing from them in the future.

The picture I was looking at shows a bunch of gaskets thought I was getting a top end gasket kit with the head gaskets and all I've got was two base gaskets very unhappy if you're going to sell just the base gaskets. Then it shoud have been a picture of just base plate gasket.

clearly noted in several spots on the listing that this listing is for a base gasket- it also stated image is stock photo and to ask questions if unsure- ALSO we constantly update listings for accuracy we just had not got to this yet - free 30 day returns as well
