    Possibly the item is fine, but it arrived with dead batteries. The seller was quick to respond when I reproted that it wouldn't turn on--told me he tested others and saw all had the same problem. Immediately refunded my money, and told me to keep the tracker--even advised if I wanted to get batteries (told me what kind) it would probably work.
