    Had a slight mishap in entering my mailing address but this shop offered amazing customer service. They helped me correct the issue within minutes of messaging and my package was shipped the very next business day. The shipping box was pretty banged up but the product box inside was protected by a bubble mailer and was in great condition. The item itself is working and I can't wait to give the frame to my dad for Christmas! Overall, the value was well worth the price with great customer service!

    Item as described, shipping price was good... It was shipped via USPS in the manufacturer box, USPS is notoriously very violent with packages (they're dropped from two stories up per my post master) so the manufacturer box was beat up holes in it and all... Luckily the heater worked... Future advice I'd ship it in a box with packing materials... Otherwise good transaction, shipped fast.. thank you!
