Sent seller a question asking if the modem was free + clear to be used before purchasing. I waited 2 days 4 seller to answer. In the meantime, I called Optimum (my cable company) and gave them the CMAC number from the back of the modem for sale. Optimum informed me the modem is free + clear + is good to go. I made an offer which seller accepted. 2 days later seller canceled the order + lied saying “purchaser requested to cancel”. Seller has since ghosted me + not answered any messages.
