After receiving the radio it was plugged in to charge the rechargeable battery after a few hours on charge the radio does not charge, does not hold the charge fully shows one bar and after half an hour of use it goes into low charge mode and turns off.
Also the unit will not allow me to store the stations when tuned in.
I would like to have the unit replaced with a radio that functions as described on your advertising, or a refund as I'm
not happy with this purchase.

this is the second time dj city has shipped me the WRONG goods. Goods of slightly less value, i have to wonder if this is deliberate,? the goods are almost the right item but a 30% cheaper SKU. i no longer trust dj city and will not be purchasing from them again in the future. their communication after the fact was prompt and helpful, so i guess i conclude it was just 2 honest mistakes. i will now shop at scarlett, and other retailers in future. peace and love. mistakes happen. i understand
