Computer arrived quickly but missing keyboard, mouse & stand. Items sent next day once informed, however they sent 2 different stands that didn’t fit. They sent another stand which didn’t fit. They tried to WhatsApp video call to fit the stand?.. but clearly that wasn’t going to work as stand & monitor were incompatible. They then sent a replacement monitor & stand that did work. Further issue was Windows 11 wasn’t activated. Can’t say entire experience was easy but can’t fault customer service.
