Seller communication is excellent. There was an error in the description heading of my item. Seller noticed error and contacted me to ensure I would be satisfied with my purchase. Since listing had great detailed pictures, I knew the item was what I wanted. Package was great and shipping was fast.

This seller used a plastic mailing bag with no packaging and when my item arrived, there was a scratch and a hole in the bag and my leather shoulder bag was exposed. Why didn't she use a box? She also blamed the post office when she didn't mail it when she said she did (according to the tracking). She said I was "harassing" her and she "didn't hear a peep" from her other buyers when I asked about this discrepancy. It is a nice item but I will not deal with this seller again.

Buyer herself chose to have the bag shipped in a padded flat rate envelope, which provided its own bubble wrap as well as being wrapped in an additional polymailer so she knew there wouldn’t be the usual box I would’ve sent it in. Item was mailed within the required window and arrived early in the delivery window. We all know the tracking can be wonky, but buyer messaged repeatedly at all hours of the day and night convinced they were going to ‘catch’ me in a lie. Buyer was quickly blocked.
