Everything was as described. Shipment was prompt and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Packing job wasn't great, though - some deflated packing pillows and foam inserts were not sufficient, and it did arrive a little worse for wear (DVD tray faceplate fell out), but nothing that couldn't be put right. Overall, solid product.
