Despite the seller’s careful packing, this figure arrived damaged. This is an old figure and a drop along the way by the carrier was probably all it took: no damage to the box but damage to the figure. Seller provided a refund and pre-paid return so, as much as I’d like to, I don’t have this figure but I have been provided excellent service. Communication was excellent and the seller was responsive and easy to work with. A++ service and I highly recommend this seller.
