I have bought some tempered glass and their cargo had received as broken all, later they have sent again. Second cargo has received as broken some parts. And when I told them some of good and some of broken they have offered me new items cargo. I told them that "No! Ok ones are good but instead of broken items send me partial refunds" they have accepted an paid me partial refund. Ok products are good and they are honest seller. That's why I give positive feedback. That wasn't their fault.
