The seller, based out if China, responds in a timely manner. The issue is that the parts simply do not work as advertised. I sent in multiple pictures to clarify what year and type of radio system was in my vehicle. I paid for 2 separate harnesses and neither work correctly. Not worth the effort to send back.

all i asked if i could get 2 canbus boxes to replace the ones that blew and malfunctioned from when recieved the harness scovered in oil and wet . s ask to express ship and he wanted to charge me 30 dollars while we wasted 2-3 weeks of me trying to explain and show them pictures of blowm fuse that a hole for them finally realize ..horrible business same with there so called "customer support" i had to explain the problem to them about 7 times..rather get my refund then get charged another 30
