Would have been five star, because I am quite happy with the rack, but… - Loses 1 star for terrible instructions. - Loses 1 star for missing the brackets that connect the awning to the roof rack. No way of mounting without purchasing new ones. - Loses 1 star for lack of communication relating to above bracket issue. Very frustrating and difficult to contact seller and issue never resolved.
