No help from the seller, just a comment about my ability to read I unfortunately am dyslexic and rely heavily on spell check and oration,I have to rely heavily on the pictures of the items being advertised…..I have found thar usually people use photographs that represent what they are selling…..the photograph for this item was very very very misleading. I thought as the picture clearly was of 12 boxes of coffee, this is what I was getting. Using a pic of 12 boxes I have been discriminated agains

I don't think that is going to fly, this buyer tried to extort us for more products. The title and description is clear on the quantity of products, The picture is directlt from the manufacturer to illustrate the product, additionally the item sells in multiple sizes such as 40s 60s, 120s and 240s. They decided to choose the smallest size and demand the highest size. We provided and delivered the correct product, offered a refund for a return. for this one we will take the bad review as a badge.
