I originally ordered the wrong keyboard by accident, and the seller was great at accepting the return without issue. The second keyboard I ordered was the correct one and it functions properly, but it was packed differently that the first keyboard for shipping, in a box that was too small for it. As a result, the keyboard was bent to fit in the box, causing about 10 keys to pop off the keyboard. With a bit of work, I was able to get the keys back on.
