Works for some dogs but not all. Works as advertised.
This color works as described. However, it did not work at all for my small breed dog who has a barking issue. I gave it to my daughter who has a smaller size standard poodle and it worked just fine for her dog. So it will work for some dogs, but not others. Some dogs just require a stronger correction. From my smaller dog we first tried a vibration and beep only color, then we tried this one that has the citronella spray. None of those worked for him and we had to move on unfortunately to a static correction collar which was a last resort for us and fortunately it did work. And he still barks and goes after some people but the color does stop his behavior in its tracks. So just keep that in mind that this color does work for some but not others. Depending on how the dog reacts to the collar and how often it barks you may need to refill the citronella more often than usual and unfortunately there is no indicator that shows you when the citronella is low so you have to check it occasionally. For the dogs that it works for, I think it is a wonderful product. It is fairly small, definitely smaller than most bark collars. And I think it is a very Humane method.

Product functions well, however, the actual unit is a bit large for a smaller dog (too big for my 7 lb yapper of a Yorkie). The citronella didn't seem to phase her, she continued to bark as before wearing this. This did work on my larger Morkie but she doesn't have an excessive barking problem. I would recommend this to dogs greater than 10 pds but is too big IMO for dogs under 10 lbs.

Works like a charm
I have a 8 Lb Maltese and he would bark in the car. This collar is easy to fit on the dog. The battery is a little tricky to change out but not hard and the spray refilling is easy. What I like the best is that it is not painful to the dog. If he barks loud enough he gets a quick spray towards his nose. This startles him and he doesn’t like the smell so he quickly learned not to bark once I placed the collar on him.I have a 8 Lb Maltese and he would bark in the car.
