JUST FACTS: 1. Seller totally IGNORED simple and reasonable packaging instructions given along with the payment note. 2. As a result, the fragile but poorly packed collectable item arrived badly damaged, which was proved by pictures. 3. Seller also declined the proposal of a partial refund to be spent for a partial replacement, having counterproposed that (quote) "You must of course proceed against me as you see fit". 4. "Sorry that you feel this way" was also added to mix up feelings and FACTS!
