Turn the entire plastic scroud counter clockwise and it will come loose and you can then remove it. 3. Put a Towel down on a hard surface put locking cover face down on towel and put the shroud in the recessed ring- 4. Put in all the the little screws using the 4 small washers at 12, 3, 6, and 9. 5. Do step 1 in reverse.
