Order 2 foot tubs.1 had a large chunk cracked off the lip. Provide photo of damaged product + the packaging with my name and address details next to it. They tried to tell me I would have to return the item for a refund. Which they thought would work as it was being delivered from China to Australia.I told them it was defective & wanted refund. Then they offered 1/2 the price. I insisted on full refund which they finally agreed to. Very unethical vendor.
