Item was packaged incorrectly and in a box too small for the item and it arrived broken. Contacted seller twice prior to shipping to make them aware that ceramics must be packaged correctly. USPS shipping is not the best way to send these items and there was nothing in the box to properly cushion this piece. Seller did refund but the point is that there is a correct way to package items that are breakable. Shipping correctly and options for shipping are on the seller. Disappointing at best.
