I purchased an old "new in box" camera. I had a few disappointments mostly due to the age of the camera. The battery would not charge and the viewfinder had a yellow tinge to it. These are things the seller could not anticipate because the package was still sealed from the manufacturer. The seller made things right. He reimbursed me the money needed to buy a new battery and sent me the missing memory cards.. The camera does work and I am happy with my purchase and service received.
